Bonnie and her 3-day old kittens were 1) left outside to fend for themselves, 2) attacked by a dog. Bonnie did a good job protecting her babies. Only one was injured and made a full recovery. At the time of the attack, Bonnie was last seen being carried off in the dog's mouth! The assumption by those who saw this was she had been killed. She returned three days later looking for help. We were able to bring her in and get her to the vet. An x-ray showed her sacroiliac was damaged and her tail was completely severed internally. Her tail no longer worked so it had to be amputated. Now Bonnie has an adorable little bobtail. A month of cage rest fixed the rest of her up. She has recovered very well from her injuries and is looking for a SAFE forever home. Poor girl has been through a lot. Bonnie would do best in a home without dogs, for obvious reasons. She would prefer to be an only kitty, but she can share a house with another cat or two. She is a sassy girl full of tortitude so small kids wouldn't be good idea. A home with older or no kids and a human all to herself is Bonnie's dream home. Specifically, a human with a lap, as she is a certified lap cat.

Our adoption fees are $75.00 for any kitty 6 months of age or older. $85 for kittens under 6 months of age. Included in each adoption: age appropriate shots, microchip, and spay/neuter surgery. All kitties are litterbox trained.
